Project

Generation of ultrasound signals in a context of multiple openings

Funding

Unit for Participation& Initiation in ResearchUPIR scholarship from Polytechnique Montréal

William is a 3 year engineering physics student at Polytechnique Montreal. He joined the laboratory in September 2020 as part of a scholarship from the Research Participation and Initiation Unit (UPIR) of Polytechnique Montréal. Since then, he has worked on the adaptation of an existing ultrasonic simulator for the development of a simulator allowing the study of ultrasonic probes composed of several apertures. In particular, it is developing new functions (Matlab) to enable the generation of ultrasound signals in a context of multiple openings.
