Engineering student at Télécom Physique Strasbourg, Erwan chose to continue his training at Polytechnique Montréal. He joined the ultrasound lab as part of a master's degree under the direction of Jean Provost and Frederic Lesage. With a biomedical background including a strong accent on electronic components, he worked on the design of an acquisition system for the compressed 3D localization angiography of the brain.
